I stayed here for 5 days for a work conference. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept and rested well pretty much every night. Continental breakfast was plentiful. There were a variety of breakfast selections for everyone. The only thing I wished for was coffee available throughout the day. The front desk attendant was extremely welcoming, and one went out of her way to fix me coffee before I headed to my room to rest a bit. The location is 3 minutes from Tanger Outlets, and there are plenty of restaurants if you don't need to head downtown. I would recommend this hotel, as well as stay at this location.

Overall this is a nice hotel in a good location with big rooms and a good breakfast. Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend visit to Charleston and we were all able to comfortably fit in the room. The small dividing wall between the beds and the pull out couch adds a nice bit of privacy. The hotel also has a good breakfast with a nice variety of hot items. The indoor pool was a nice touch and much appreciated by our kids! There's a good amount of restaurants nearby, and downtown is only about 15 minutes away. Service was friendly as well.

Loved staying here last week. Great hotel, centrally located, very comfortable. I'd stay here for the staff alone. Miss Jen and Mr AJ at the front desk were always accommodating and warmly welcoming. Miss Betty in housekeeping always stopped to make my son smile. My grandparents just adored talking with Miss Winnie every morning at breakfast. The hospitality here is unrivaled. Not just from those mentioned but all staff we encountered. Ive worked at hotels, restaurants, and nightclubs in Hawaii for years, these people here are some of the best. Thank you all for making our family vacation one we will always remember!

My fiancé and I stayed here for the first time and enjoyed it. Great location...by the outlet, restaurants, and airport. Also, the breakfast was tasty. I also loved that the room had a microwave and a mini fridge. Will stay again when visiting.

The room, specifically the carpet and couch were very dated. I have many allergies and ended up up all night with an allergic reaction. Breakfast was good.

Average at best. If you can get a room at the historic district, then do that. This hotel is really far out and away from most things and since Charleston is so crowded and traffic is always an issue, do yourself a favor and pass on this …

Had a great time at the Hyatt! I was there for a conference at the CACC right next door and was a 3 minute walk away. It is literally withing minutes of Top golf, Axe Throwing, great restaurants, Tanger Outlets, and the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet with excellent staff and great rooms! 10/10 will stay here again!
